To meet these requirements, Terranor’s quality management system, ie the operating system, defines the processes that support the business and strategy. We have set goals for quality management, from which we monitor the achievement of goals using derived indicators.
Our process-based operating system is certified in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

Terranor is an important part of the road management and maintenance contracting field that enables the wheels of society turning. We manage and maintain society-funded road infrastructure and enable its structures to last well into the future.
Road maintenance services use a lot of natural resources and energy. We encourage our customers and other stakeholders to be environmentally responsible through new innovations and concepts.
Terranor wants to make a proactive contribution to reducing the use of non-renewable resources, adding social value and developing technical solutions, products and practices that promote energy efficiency.
Terranor’s environmental work focuses on the energy efficiency of its operations and the life cycle of its services. Based on these aspects, we have identified the most significant environmental aspects of our operations, which serve as a guideline for environmental work. We have set goals for our environmental work, from which we monitor the achievement of the goals using derived indicators.

Code of Conduct
Terranor Oy’s Code of Conduct instructs us as employees to act correctly and make the right decisions in our daily lives.
In all our external and internal relationships, we must adhere to high ethical standards when meeting customers, business partners, subcontractors and colleagues. The Code of Conduct gives us certainty about when we should make any concerns and problems visible.
Occupational Safety
Workplace safety is of paramount importance to Terranor.
We have a target of zero accidents at work, which requires a clear focus on the safety of the work environment throughout our organisation.
The foundation of our work is to create and maintain a healthy and safe work environment by eliminating hazards, reducing risks, and raising awareness among employees, external partners, visitors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

We work systematically for the safety of our work environment in cooperation with trade unions in established contacts and in working groups in various fields.
We regularly monitor the implementation of safety work in our work environment, e.g. by reporting accidents and incidents at our workplaces and by continuously observing positive and negative safety issues. In addition, we monitor the implementation of safety work in internal audits and safety and maintenance inspections. We have set high and clear requirements for occupational safety skills and training for all our personnel.
