Terranor Verte Oy focuses on green spaces and offers a wide selection of services. Terranor Verte Oy was founded in 2023 and it’s part of Terranor Oy, which is a former NCC Group’s Road maintenance business unit. Aside from Finland Terranor Oy also operates in Sweden and Denmark.
We offer our services to a wide range of projects: from small yard landscaping and maintenance to large scale projects. We are happy to be involved in the projects from the beginning of their life cycle to construction and maintenance.
Despite the young age of the company, behind the name is a talented and experienced team with years of experience from small projects, such as landscaping and maintaining a small yard, to constructing complex and demanding vegetated roofs.
We offer high quality green area care and maintenance, landscaping, and environmental construction in almost the entire area of Finland. Our customers are, among other ones, municipalities, cities, construction companies, real estates, and condominiums. We offer our services to private customers as well.

Green space care and maintenance
In cooperation with Terranor Oy we provide green space care and maintenance services in maintenance contracts to cities, municipalities, and the state.
We also provide green space care for private customers, properties, and condominiums. We take care of yards with both year-round and short-term contracts. Care and maintenance contracts are always customized to the needs of the customer. A well-maintained yard or garden creates value for the customer, and at best it increases property’s value and acts as a business card for the company.
Green space care and maintenance includes e.g., taking care of the grass, trees, bushes, and plantation areas. We also provide control for invasive alien species. The control method is chosen according to the invasive species, case-by-case.

Our company has experience from traditional contracts and project leading, turnkey contracts, and alliance contracts. We have expertise and experience from various storm water solutions and green roofs from design to construction. If necessary, we make use of our extensive subcontracting and cooperation networks, so we can also manage the overall implementation of groundworks to landscaping.
Services to condominiums
We undertake new and renovation construction for various yard structures, such as the installation and repair of paving stones and tiles, as well as the construction of playgrounds. We adhere to the principles of sustainable environmental construction in our work.
We offer high-quality planting work with solid professional expertise. We ensure durable plant selections for the site and take care of good initial growth of the seedlings. You can also request us to come and help or advise on all kinds of planting work. We tailor maintenance contracts according to the customers individual needs and wishes.

Playground inspections
Regular playground inspections aim to maintain the good condition and overall safety of equipments and areas, as well as helps finding the possible damages and defects ahead of time. Depending on how much the playground is used, inspections can be done 1-4 times per year. For example, the funtionality and condition of the play equipments can be checked every 2-4 months with routine inspections.
It is recommended to carry out annual inspection, where the overall conditions and safety of the whole area is closely inspected, including surrounding fences, running barriers, benches and tables, all surfacings and any other things that are on the playground.
Post-installation inspections are always carried out before new playgrounds and play equipments can be used. This helps to ensure the appropiate and high quality installation of the equipment, and the fulfillment of safety regulations for the playground.
Verte offers experienced and trained playground inspectors.

If you do not have the possibility to send e-invoices, you can also send us the invoices in PDF format by email. Each invoice must be sent as a separate file. If the invoice contains attachments, the attachments should be combined with the invoice into a merged PDF file.
